We hope you're enjoying your summer!  Enrollment packets for the 2025-2026 school year are now available on our website at maxwellp12.com.  You can find the forms under Handbooks and Forms tab.  Please be sure to read the registration instructions before filling them out.  Once completed, email all forms and required documents to chidalgo@maxwellp12.com.   

The elementary school supply list is also on the website.  Also, the registration forms are due no later than August 1st and ​student schedules will not be released until we have all registration documents.  

We're excited for the new school year and can't wait to see everyone soon!
